Individual Counselling

Individual sessions usually take place once a week and last approximately 50 minutes.

The frequency can be adjusted according to the needs of each person.

 

The counselling process unfolds within a safe and confidential setting, where qualities such as trust and acceptance can gradually develop.

 

Through the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, space is created for greater self-awareness to emerge and for self-esteem to be strengthened.

The counselling journey is shaped in an individualized way, in accordance with the needs and the pace of each person.

Each form of counselling offers different possibilities for connection and exploration.
