About Me

My journey

My journey into mental health counseling is rooted in a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to support others. I believe everyone has hidden strengths and parts of themselves waiting to be discovered and accepted.

I am present, creative, and always approach my work without judgment.

My natural optimism and encouraging spirit, often infused with a touch of humor, guide my practice to help you see life from a positive perspective.

I often use art therapy as a creative avenue for self-expression and healing, fostering an environment where you can truly be yourself.

My education

I have completed a Diploma in Integrative Counselling through a training programme validated by Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA). I am also continuing my postgraduate training in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Athens Synthesis Centre, where I have completed the Parents–Adolescents training cycle, with a focus on understanding relationships, family dynamics, and the process of developing autonomy.

I am currently in my third year of BSc (Hons) Psychology Science studies at the University of Essex in Athens. My academic background also includes a degree in Political Science from the University of La Verne and postgraduate studies in Photography and Urban Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London.

My continuing professional development also includes selected seminars and training in Art Therapy, as well as in neurodiversity and autism, broadening my understanding of different ways of experiencing, expressing, and communicating.

My work is characterised by presence, creativity, and a non-judgemental attitude, offering a space where experience can be explored and new ways of understanding can emerge.

Beyond the counselling room

Beyond the counselling room, I find balance and inspiration in everyday activities that keep me connected with life in a simple and meaningful way. Spending time in nature, especially caring for my beehives on the island of Evia, helps me stay grounded and in touch with the natural rhythm of things.
Music, literature, and writing are also important forms of expression for me. These interests not only enrich my life, but also influence my creative and integrative approach to counselling, sometimes including elements of art therapy in the therapeutic process.
They remind me of the value of creativity, joy, and genuine connection.
