"When we are deeply understood, we begin to discover who we are"

My journey
My journey into mental health counseling is rooted in a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to support others. I believe everyone has hidden strengths and parts of themselves waiting to be discovered and accepted. I am present, creative, and always approach my work without judgment. My natural optimism and encouraging spirit, often infused with a touch of humor, guide my practice to help you see life from a positive perspective. I often use art therapy as a creative avenue for self-expression and healing, fostering an environment where you can truly be yourself.
Education & Training
I am trained in integrative counselling through a COSCA-validated training programme (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland), with additional training in integrative parent counselling. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has inner strengths waiting to be discovered and accepted.
I am currently studying Psychology at the University of Essex (Athens), alongside a diverse academic background that includes a BA in Political Science from the University of La Verne and an MA in Photography and Urban Cultures from Goldsmiths, University of London.
My practice is characterized by presence, creativity, and a non-judgmental stance, with the aim of supporting each person in seeing life with greater clarity, balance, and possibility.

Beyond the counselling room
Beyond the counselling room, I find balance and inspiration in everyday activities that keep me connected with life in a simple and meaningful way. Spending time in nature, especially caring for my beehives on the island of Evia, helps me stay grounded and in touch with the natural rhythm of things.
Music, literature, and writing are also important forms of expression for me. These interests not only enrich my life, but also influence my creative and integrative approach to counselling, sometimes including elements of art therapy in the therapeutic process.
They remind me of the value of creativity, joy, and genuine connection.
